Confirm where the link leads
Open the original marketplace listing and check that the product title, images and available variants match the spreadsheet entry. Redirects and reused seller pages can lead to a different product later.
If a link is unavailable, search using a descriptive product term and compare sellers. Do not substitute the first visually similar listing without checking the details.
Check price, option and seller context
Select the intended color, size or package to reveal the correct price. The lowest amount shown in search results may belong to an accessory or deposit rather than the complete product.
Review seller notes, recent activity and domestic shipping information. Save the selected option text so it can be compared with the warehouse intake.
Treat the link as research evidence
Keep the seller listing and order details until QC is complete. If the warehouse receives the wrong variant, those records make the issue easier to identify and explain.
Links can expire, so a useful guide should explain verification rather than promise permanent access to every seller page.
